Guangzhou Key Transportation Hubs:

1. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Metro: Approx. 60 minutes, approx. RMB 9. Take Line 3 (towards Tiyu Xilu) to Tiyu Xilu Station, transfer to Line 3 (towards Panyu Square) to Kecun Station, then transfer to Line 8 (towards Wanshengwei) and alight at Pazhou Station Exit C.
Taxi: Approx. 45 km, approx. 45 minutes, approx. RMB 150.

2. Guangzhou South Railway Station

Metro: Approx. 43 minutes, approx. RMB 6. Take Line 2 (towards Jiahewanggang) to Changgang Station, transfer to Line 8 (towards Wanshengwei) and alight at Pazhou Station Exit C.
Taxi: Approx. 22 km, approx. 30 minutes, approx. RMB 70.

3. Guangzhou Railway Station

Metro: Approx. 38 minutes, approx. RMB 5. Take Line 2 (towards Guangzhou South Railway Station) to Changgang Station, transfer to Line 8 (towards Wanshengwei) and alight at Pazhou Station Exit C.
Taxi: Approx. 18 km, approx. 28 minutes, approx. RMB 50.

4. Guangzhou East Railway Station

Metro: Approx. 26 minutes, approx. RMB 4. Take Line 3 (towards Tiyu Xilu) to Tiyu Xilu Station, transfer to Line 3 (towards Panyu Square) to Kecun Station, then transfer to Line 8 (towards Wanshengwei) and alight at Pazhou Station Exit C.

Taxi: Approx. 11 km, approx. 30 minutes, approx. RMB 40.

5. Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station

Metro: Approx. 55 minutes, approx. RMB 6. Take Line 8 (towards Wanshengwei) and use the in-station shuttle from Baiyun Railway Station to Shitan Station, then go directly to Pazhou Station Exit C.

Taxi: Approx. 21 km, approx. 40 minutes, approx. RMB 70.

Parking Services:

1. Parking Discounts

Parking discounts are offered to relevant personnel attending exhibitions and conferences held at Poly World Trade Expo Center and Convention Center. Details are as follows:

(1) Proof to obtain the discount: exhibitor badge, visitor badge or buyer badge, ticket, or conference attendance certificate;

(2) Rates: Standard rate: RMB 3/15 minutes, RMB 12/hour, capped at RMB 96/8 hours;

(3) License plate recognition mode: electronic license plate recognition without cards; no need to collect a parking card;

(4) Discounted rate: RMB 3/15 minutes, RMB 12/hour, capped at RMB 24 (i.e., capped at 2 hours; if less than 2 hours, charged by actual duration of stay);

5) Service point locations and opening hours:

Service Point 1: Business Center on the east side of Hall 1, March 23-30, 08:30-17:30;

Service Point 2: East elevator hall on Basement Level 2 of the Expo Center, March 23-30, 10:00-19:00;

2. Payment Steps

(1) Follow the "Poly World Trade Expo Center" WeChat official account; (2) Click [My Services]-[Vehicle Management]-[Parking Payment] to bind your license plate; scan the relevant certificate to receive the discount coupon,

(3) Before leaving, go to the [Expo Business Center] on Level 1 or the [Central Payment Office] on Basement Level 2, and present the exhibition

(4) Pay the fee via mobile phone;

(5) After successful payment, please drive out of the venue within 15 minutes.
